Cancellation Policy

Where a customer is no longer able to make their prebooked slot we will endeavour to rearrange the tour where possible. If this is not feasible then the tour will be considered to be a cancellation. In the case of a cancellation all services booked through our website fall under following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by customer

  • 25% of the tour payment is a non refundable deposit to be paid to make a booking.
  • 75% of the tour payment can be made on location before the tour begins. In the case of a cancellation these costs will not occur.


Cancellation by provider (Experience Dublin Tours)

  • 100% reimbursement regardless of when cancellation occurs


We aim to deal with all reimbursments within a 72 hour period.
